Default Sticky brakes

I replaced the front pads on my bear tracker, all came off well and back on with no issues. But now after tightening everything the front wheels are hard to move any suggestions ?

Either the pistons or sliders are sticking. I spend more time freeing off stuck sliders when servicing bikes with disc brakes than I ever do freeing up front drum brakes.

I have spent about 6 hours trying to get these stupid things to work and nothing, there is piece of metal on the caliper that first hits the rotor but if I dont tighten the caliper all the way it will spin with ease however its not spinning freely, the caliper is loose and it still sometimes catches this metal piece on the caliper (pics to follow). Also is the piston suppose to go back in all the way?? Because even when I let off the brake the piston only goes back a little bit tho i think the running is something else...

The theory is that the rubber seals in the caliper spring the piston back a few thousandths of an inch when you let the brakes off. With sliding calipers this allows the caliper to slide back as well, giving a very small clearance between the pads and the disc. In practice any slight distortion in the disc and play in the wheel bearings helps to "knock back" the pads as well. Nothing but the pads should contact the disc.
