Dang! That's going to be super sharp....and it's a ton of work. Glad you enjoy it....keep us up to date on it. By the way, what color is the "red" looking paint ( looks like a candy of some sort )......and where did you get it? I think I would like to have a can or two of it. Thanks!

 

Thanks for the kind words! The paint is Duplicolor Metalcast Red. It's supposed to simulate an anodized finish but you are correct, it does come out more like a candy color. You can buy it at Advance, Autozone, or O'Reilly, it's roughly $8/can. Make sure to read up on it before you buy/use it to get the application to come out right.

May I ask where you got new bolt/bushes/washers?

 

The bolts and washers have mostly came from McMaster-Carr and or hardware stores; Lowe's etc. I have a stash that I've built up over the years 😛.
