Your doing a great job! And the 660's were pretty cool in my book, I purchased a new one in 01, piped, jetted and it was quik. Mine was very reliable, no second gear issue. Only problem I ever had with it was the starter clutch and easy to replace on this particular bike. Anyway, I will stay tuned for the rest........

The a-arm bushings were a tad tired and under greased, so I picked up some bushing stock and made some new ones, as they are quite expensive to buy.

They turned out pretty good...

The engine was one helluva greasy mess at first, but I finally got her all cleaned up and painted with engine enamel.

Also found out that the carrier bearings were trashed along with the front wheel bearings....

Really looking good. Here's the problem tho, once you get it all finished, you won't want to get it dirty... I did a 1994 Banshee, similar to what you are doing, kills me to get a scratch on it because it was sooo much work. I ride gravel roads only with it......I still have the Banshee....and again, looking good man..\
Do you have a media blaster...to do this work and.....if you do, which one is it? Thanks

Yeah, but its not a problem, because as soon as its finished and I work any bugs out I will most likely put it up for sale anyway. So no worries

I do use a friend's media blaster with glass beads. I honestly couldn't tell you what kind it is. I'll have to look next time I use it.

Thanks for the compliments!
