Default Only runs with choke, idling high

2003 Bear Tracker. Cleaned the carb and jets. Pilot was clogged but I got it clear with a wire. ATV only starts with choke, once running it idles really high (when in gear it will drive without giving any throttle too). Will stay running with about half choke but dies as choke is pushed all the way in. I should also note that the choke itself feels like it's binding/sticking- it does not move smoothly in and out, there's a good bit of resistance. How would I go about cleaning that so it's smoother? Not sure what else to check or adjust to get this running properly..

Sounds like jets or orifices still stopped up. See if this video helps.
