I have a vx-200 that i am trying to get running. It runs fine but i have a problem with the choke. when i bought it used there was no choke nor a place for a choke. When it runs and i give it throttle the flap in the carb wont stay still. Any ideas

 

Sounds like your jets are not properly adjusted.
