2009 Grizzly 700 problem with secondary sheave while replacing belt..
Hey folks,
Im having a really crappy issue at the moment. I wanted to replace the drive belt on a 09 grizzly 700, used the 2 bolts to space up the sheave allowing me to remove the belt.. The bolts i had were too short (ones holding the primary guard), went to thread a longer one , gave it 2-3 more turns (than the one already maxed out) but still could not get enough slack to remove the belt.
Now, while backing up the bolts to start over i noticed the belt was wayy too slack, and my sheave did not fully "close" as it should.. So belt is loosy-hangy and i have the feeling i really messed up.. What can i do!?
