I DONT like doing 100+ in a CAR, nevermind a wheeler, that is asking to die. I wouldnt call it "insane" I'd call that just plain "dumb". No offense.

Dont mean to b#tch but comon now, I know for a FACT that if I had a banshee when I was 13-16 I sure as h#ll wouldnt be here to talk about it now, and yes I would have said "I can handle it/etc.." back then, ME being young and dumb..

I think it would be very possible with alotta money. But my only question would be, where do you plan to go this fast for this long?You do realize the way you are saying you want to go about 70-80 miles? that is pretty far esspecially on a quad. I dont think you have the endurance to even hold onto a quad at those speeds for that amount of time!

 

ok first lemme ask why you need to be going 100mph for 45 minutes. second lemme say to all your people that say any1 under 16 couldn't handle a banshee that your wrong. i just turned 16 and i am 5' 5". i could handle a banshee no problem last year when i was about 5' 3". i'm not saying every1 can but its not all that hard. now if u wanna go that fast (and i recommend you DON'T) buy a croth rocket engine. the bigger the better. a suzuki GSX1300 is pretty nice.get a big bore kit for it and get it all ported ect ect. next get a turbo, supercharger, custom top end pipes, and a new set of sprockets. put all that into your banshee. next get +5 (at least) a-arms, and a really long swing arm. next get alchohal carbs, and nitrous. get a backrest so you have something to keep you on the quad. try all that and you should be able to make it. once again i don't reccomend it. good luck.

 

are you seriously stupid? come on.. you're giving all of us teenagers a bad name by saying stupid s*** like that. yea, I'm 14 and i have a warrior, but i know it wont go 100 mph, and i dont even want to go that fast on a quad. " i want to be able to go 100 mph for 40-45 minutes" first of all, youd need a hell of alot of space to do that, and if it's on a road, then dont count on it because the police will catch you. whoever said that he needs to go back to a 5hp go kart, i think it should be a 3 1/2 HP.

 

banshee4life, your looking at spending around $15,000 in mods, your best bet would be to put that 1300cc crotch rocket motor in it dumbass

sorry i geuss 100mph was a little exsessive try 70 to 80 mph for about the same time i'm not all that stupid but i do tned to run my mouth sorry ok so is that alittle better would someone just recommond something so i don't bust otu my top end and have the cooling system light up like a match now i guess 100mph is liek what 165 kph ok that is to fast maybe 120 130 kmph what is that like 75 to 80 mph ok that sounds better now will somebody give me some advice i understand the stupidity of youth but i won't be like this forever so don't bust your *** with suprise

 

i still think you should stick with the go kart. where are you gonna go that fast for 45 mins?

 

i thought of a better engine to put in the quad frame. try a thundercat engine. 999cc 2 stroke.
