My 2004 Yamaha Warrior 350 engine has been rebuilt and I have to know how many km /hrs of riding it takes until the engine is properly run in and ready to be driven hard please give me at least a ln a proximate guess thank you.

 

I know when I put a race cam in my Arctic Cat, my mechanic changed out the 0w40 Mobil one and put in 30W and ran it above 2,000 rpms for 30 minutes, then dumped out the 30w and put in the synthetic and said run the snot out of her. Best advice might be what your owners manual called for when it was new. Anyway, having a flat tappet cam, you might think about the 30 W for half hour above 2,000 rpms. Just a thought.
