jr1796 i think since you are doing trails and hill climbs you should try the stock 400ex ohstu's they are awsome for climbing And trails. and the turf tamers would be good for climbing but you would loose speed on the trails.

I have the dreaded "mud tires on a sport quad" (blackwaters 20x12x8 on .190's) they are GREAT, anybody that knocks them hasnt tried em.. I roost bigtime, they really tear s#it up..

There should be a picture of them here

They were about the same weight as the stockers w/oem rims. I'd recommend them.

I have run both turf tamers and holeshots both 18" on MX tracks, turf tamer grip better overall but holeshots let you use more body English on turns.

For trails, a friend uses holeshots xct 22", to tall for my taste but he likes it

I too need taller tires to help clear rocks and run though mud and water for my RAPTOR.
I have SIDERTRAC on my 250x and I love them!!!
Do they still make them??
Do any of you have them for your RAPTOR??
Do they have 22'' tires in maybe 6 ply?? :-)
and last but not least where do I get them ??
THANKS FOR ANY HELP !!!!!

A friend of mine used Spidertracs on his Raptor this spring, and he roosted mud everywhere, he was also able to carve through snow (not deep snow) the only problem was the front end pushed worse through turns than even the stock rears made it push. But if you dont care about that- they rocked, I hated being behind him in the trails. Hope this helped- PS I need to break my back end loose easier than I can now on my stock Raptor tires, anyone find a good combo to whip the back end around through turns? help me out fellas.
