When putting on larger Mud Tyres on an ATV what changes should be made to the rear sprocket? More or less teeth?

Bigger tyres mean higher gearing, so you need a rear sprocket with more teeth to lower it again. Try the bike with just the new tyres first, they don't seem to make much difference as a rule.
