I have had my 1989 (only year produced) Yamaha Pro Hauler for 20 years and love it. Unfortunately, the carburetor has finally given up the ghost. And, of course, they are NLA.

I’m looking for a veteran Yamaha mechanic who can advis e me on which available carburetor would be a good substitute. I have the capability to manufacture a conversion fitting. I think the engine is a 235 cc.

I'm not all that well up on Yams, but this looks close, https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Carburett...EAAOSwblZZEBhv Sorry it is a "UK seller" all the China direct sellers seem to have butterfly chokes like Honda 250s. Does give dimensions, so you can check them.
