I would like to mount a Champion 3000 winch on my 1997 Yamaha Kodiak 400, but was told I will probably need a mounting plate. However, I cannot find one specifically for this model of ATV from any of the retailers. Has anyone found one that works and is compatible?

It seems that the mounts are discontinued but I found some on eBay. The model number is: ABA-4SH69-40-01. I will let you know how it works when it gets here and I get a chance to install.
