Was riding everything was fine got home shut it off went to start it back up and nothing dash won't come on nothing but if you pull start it it will run but dash saying 4 mph while in park idling.

 

Probably blown main fuse, on most Yams this is on the solenoid, it is nothing to do with the starter circuit, except all power from battery to ignition switch goes through it, Loose battery terminals or bad earth are other possibilities.
