Default Grizzly 450 fan issues

Hey everyone. Just picked up a 2007 grizzly 450. Seems to run good and no major issues with it but one problem I’m having with the temp light and fan. Didn’t even notice when I bought it but as soon as the ignition is turned on the red temp light on the display lights up and the fan stays on as long as the key is on. Tried unplugging the temp sensor on the rad and the plug on the sensor on the head and fan still ran and the light stayed on. Anyone have any experience with this issue? Thanks in advance

Did the previous owner hot wire the fan to run all the time? Happens alot when the temp sensor goes haywire, just hotwire the fan to run all the time to keep from overheating
