I have a friends 2000 Polaris explorer that will only idle with the adjustment screw screwed almost all the way in. I have cleaned the carb and didn't really find any dirt in it. I work on a lot of 4 wheelers, but very few 2 strokes. I don't have a manual, so that doesn't help and he bought this with some issues but it worked ok for quite a while and then wouldn't restart with the electric start because of a bad starter. The fuel filter was wrong and I replaced that and thought I had it solved, but still the same issue.
