Won’t start

So I’m lost. I had a guy rebuild the carburetor and adjusted valves on it as it was having starting issues. Ran great for about 2 hours until my brother hopped on it and went to turn around it shut off on him and hasn’t started since. We weren’t getting nothing. So I replaced the fuse as it was cracked and I also replaced the starter relay solenoid. Got the click back but still nothing. I put a new starter on it today, it made another noise but only for a few clicks and that was it. I have no clue what to try or look at next. Battery has been attached to tickle charger to keep it charged.

What about the ground wires too? Should be one somewhere on the engine crank case leading up to the - terminal on the battery.
What machine are you working on?
Is there a pull cord that you could "assist" the starter with when attempting to crank?

Could just be a bad connection, looking OK doesn't mean anything, battery and earth terminals need to come off, be cleaned and re-fitted, tight. Could be the battery suddenly gone bad, it happens. Alternative, especially as it "shut off on him" is your brother seized it, take the plug out, and the blanking plate where the pull start would go, and see if the engine turns easily with a spanner on the crankshaft end nut. Reasons for seizure, little end and/or piston seized, due to lack of oil or overheating, or mechanical failure of an internal component such as a broken valve head stuck between piston and cylinder head.

Starter plug is getting power. Zap the heck out of me. Attaching video of it trying. Does sound like starter wants to go, this noise happens with the trickler on.

Yes, spark plug, and it actually sounds to me like the starter is spinning the engine, also sounds a bit "clattery " but some do. Blanking plate should be obvious on outside of alternator case. However I would suggest you take the bike to whoever did the valves and get him to diagnose the fault.
