I'm curious if the starter is spinning backwards. Is that an OEM starter or a cheap aftermarket brand? Maybe the started is connected backwards???

It sounds to be turning the engine over, if it was running backwards it would just spin the one way clutch backwards and not turn the crankshaft, that sounds totally different.
