So my buddy has a Grizzly 700 that only has a top speed of about 40-45mph. Greased the clutch, belt is in spec, air filter is good. It starts up fine, has lots of low end power, but just stops around 40mph at WOT. But as you keep going it’ll kind of surge forward like it’s trying to go faster for just a moment. Runs fine otherwise, dosnt sputter or bog down. Any ideas of what may cause that?
