ok to have a leak out of banshee pipe

my buddy has a 2001 banshee and bought procircuit pipes and has a leak where the pipes connect to the motor.Really small pin hole leaks .Is this normaL???Or should he fix it somehow?

Not normal at all. I had a hole in my Blaster pipe and I got a washer and used a torch to melt it on.
