what can i do to make my top speed higher.

Hi, I have a grizzly 595cc year 2000 and i like to have my top speed higher.
It runs full throttel 90km/u screamingm like a mf, no rev limiter? i did not noticed.
is there a way belt or variowise to have a higher top speed.
the vario becomes pretty hot after a small ride.
What can i do?
Higher tyres is not an option in the netherlands.
Thanx allready

Not popular in the UK due to it's fuel thirst, I have only had one 600 to fix, but did notice it was SLOW. I suspect increasing the weight of the variator rollers would gear it up (change to a higher ratio at lower revs), but top speed is fixed by tyre size and diff ratios so it would still "top out" at the same speed.
