Hi guys, I was cleaning my carburator for 450cc wolverine and want to know how many revolution of pilot jet is needed to be unscrewed?

Also I am curious how drain plug is working. When it is completely screwed in, then it can still leak only when floating valve is not able to close fuel inlet, am I right?
And in case I want to drain floating chamber, then I unscrew drain plug.
