Raptor smoked by stock Cannondale

Dude, hear me now and understand me later. NEVER sell your 500, I sold my 89 and i regret it every time I go riding, nothing can touch it and I dont think that any production quad ever will as far as power is concerned. If you do anything just buy the Cannondale outright and keep the 500.

It is about 100 miles southwest of SLC. Use Delta Utah as your destination. The dunes are about 25 mile northeast of Delta Utah off of highway 6. The Delta exit is north of I-70 while traveling on I-15 heading north. June-August is to hot to ride there, 90-105 degrees. Memorial is the last weekend most people go down.
A Quadzilla will take a cannondale up the hill, but not by much, unless it is modded out.

Little sahara is north of Delta about 35 miles. its about 2 hours south of salt lake. and i would reccomend a trip there to anyone. It gets a little hot here in the summer. but its worth it to be able to ride out there. If you were coming up from arizona you could go up I-15 to nephi and then cut across. go to like mapquest.com or some other direction site and punch in some places like delta or nephi or eureka(which is really close) www.planetsand.com is a website divoted to the place. hope that helps

Buddah, good post. That's pretty impressive to say the least. Just so that everybody knows, I raced Buddah & SandGod (Both on raptors) up Sand Mountain on my Banshee and they got me out of the hole by about 2 lengths (I couldn't deal with the whoops as well) but after that we were all at the same exact speed all the way to the top. My Banshee runs very well also so that wasn't an issue. This was On Easter weekend.

Heres an update to my brother Buddahs comment. The guy on the FX did get beat up the mountain by a Raptor. We are not hillshooters and not geared for the hill, but this other Raptor was. I know this is meaningless for the most part, but everybody is curious to how the Cannondales run. This is the ultimate hill that can tell you alot about how your quad runs. Oh and a guy who sent his 400ex motor to Duncan racing and had every possible thing done to the motor at no expense spared ($2000) was beat by this same FX400. He is not a happy camper!!!
