What are some tricks to getting your piston and rings back into the cylinder with out a ring pliers or ring compressor?

I put the jug on when the piston is at the top, it should slide right on, if you have to manhandle it then chances are your rings arent on right or the piston isnt lined up.. Make sure the opening on the rings are at the "peg" in the ring groove.. Mabe put a little 2stroke oil around the bottom of the jug with your finger.. Just hold the rings down with your fingers and do it slowly..
