What would you do to it like pipes and other stuff.

FMF has a new kit out with a big bore and power valves. To do it all over again this is what I would do.. (I think)

 

First would be a good set of pipes. Then reeds. Shaving the head is a real good bang for the buck, and if you really want to go fast, and don't want to go big bore, get a good porting job. However, you'll want to get the crank welded before you start making to many ponies, or else you may have problems down the road.
