I dont get all I have is the Pro-design filter kit and GYT-R Slip-on. I already tried using stock jets sizes 145 / 150 and it was running was to lean as there was white powder on the electrode. So then I buy the Dynojet kit as all the mains I wanted to order where Backordered. The Kit says with a slip-on to install the 144 / 146 main jets. So I installed the 148/146 jets so I'd be rich then add some Uni-vents to the airbox to fine tune the jetting. I took her out today for a few hours and the bike ran great through the all the gears, no poppig, surging or backfiring and the throttle resonse was awesome. She will know wheelie in 3rd on just throttle!! I figured the jetting was dead nuts as it runs so good but I did a check plug and I still have a whitish tint to the groundstrap on the plug.

Alot of people are saying plug tests these days dont mean anything as the put detergents in the gas. Any comments before I pull the carb off AGAIN and install the 150 /148 kit?? BTW I'm at 500 feet above sea level .

If the bike runs that good I wouldn't touch it. It's probably the fuel. Some ways to know if its running lean is if the headers where they exit the head are turning red during hard riding, and also if the cooling fan comes on frequently(mine hardly ever comes on).

My fan didnt even come on once today and it was around 70F. Last time I went riding it was around 80F and I could feel the vibration from the fan when it came one which wasnt that often but a few times. I'm going to call Dynojet tomorrow and see what they say.
