Looking for some info on a 97 Wolverine rear axle seal.
If you are standing behind the wolverine looking at the axle. I have a leak on the left side ( skinny part of axle), Looks like the seal is done.
Anyone know how hard of a job this is to replace , and if anyone knows the size of seal and or bearing If i need it. Really do not want to buy from Yamaha. Any info would be great....

Thanks....

They are pretty easy to change you will probably want to do both sides and check and grease your bearings. Do not ride in any water if the seal is bad because it will let water in the diff. You might be able to find the bearing at a Bearing Warehouse or something but you will not be able to find the seals and where but Yamaha I believe. I think I paid $10 -$15 each for the seals and around $20 each for the bearing. I hope this helps.
