I'm not trying to be a smart a##, but if you guy's like speed so much why not buy a dirt bike like a YZ250?? Seriously!! I thought about buying a RAPTOR but I think I want to go faster than that. Please give me your reasons of owning a four wheeler and not a dirt bike.

i had a kawasaki kdx200 and loved that bike, then i started riding with about 10 guys and they all had quads. i guess i just followed suit i suppose. I like them both about the same, but it sure is a hell of a lot easier to ride a fourwheeler in snow than it is a dirtbike.

 

Dirtbikes sure are fun, but you've gotta be careful, I like atv's cuz for the most part you can put the hammer down pretty much anywhere.. without having to worry about sticks or mud or wet grass or whatever.... bla bla... I love em both..

saw grass isnt fun on a bike and can shred your riding pants pretty quick on a bike er well thats how it is where i ride

 

i ride with some guys with bikes, a rm250 and a wr400 and they have no advantage over my raptor. as a matter of fact the raptor will run almost even with the rm and will walk on the 400. quads rule where we ride!

 

I used to ride bikes as well went form a mini bike thur the yamaha ranks. getting a little older and looking for somethig diffrent. The raptor is much more fun than the bikes and when I want to stop and rest I dont have to hold it up. No really is much more fun in rocky trails even on tracks I enjoy the quad more
