With the FMF pipe, k&n, and jets my raptor ran 78, I haven't tried since I got my ney speocket.

 

Just installed a 14 t sprocket tops out at 75.9
take out the spark arrester 73.5

 

omfg 350 v 660 gee i wonder who would win. compare the 2 raptor outruns a banshee by alot, u guys with the banshees were prolly racing todlers on a raptor

 

This is my experience as well.

 

Stockrappy, do a little more research before you make comments that are going to embarass yourself. You're talking about a 2 stroke versus a 4 stroke. A good rule of thumb to see how equal the 2 are is double the displacement of the 2 stroke and you will have the equivilant of a 4 stroke. In other words, a 350 2 stroke is equal to a 700 4 stroke. Now, put that up against a 660 Raptor and you see it's a lot closer than you would think. That's why you can run a 250 4 stroke in the 125 class. All things equal, the Banshee will always beat the Raptor out of the hole but in the end the Raptor will outrun the Shee.

Thanks fst4rwd and I am pretty close to mach1LOL,but sometime i can whip on a banshee and sometimes i cant,i think they are not tuned properly or something,but my bike was running quick that day and i havent even done my engine mods...or put in the secret weapon!!!

 

I only run in sand, and in my experience, the Banshee rules the dunes...I have rode several raptors and banshees, mod and stock(only sand), and i have yet to see a raptor beat a banshee...my 2 cents worth.

 

raced a piped & jetted banshee with a 14 yo rider that got the holeshot on me every time - nevertheless, by the time I hit 3rd I was 2-4 lengths ahead - everytime.
