Hey well I have a 400ex and a Raptor. It all depends on what type of riding you do. There is no question that the Raptor is faster than the 400ex, well let me know what type of riding you do and I will give you my opinions on the two bikes email me at rjc@onlinemac.com

You guys dont understand there are too many variables to consider when trying to compair a piped shee with a piped raptor!! like what kind of pipe does the raptor have? is it a full yoshi carbon fiber titanium head system with stage 3 jets or is it a big gun slip on..lol... and as far as shees go..there are a whole cast of crappy ones out there that would barely run witha piped Z...but there are also piped shees, like the one that I have, that really eat up piped raptors...
drawl your conclusions from there...

liquidsand..

I have an 03 rappy with a dyno jet kit and the airbox lid removed..........and I ran it next to my brothers truck on a 4 lane hi way.........and it will go 80

I personally out run 1 banshee (stock) and I have been beat 3 times by banshees with pipes..........

being a little slower is worth having electric start and reverse though

when my Shee was bone stock, I was beating Piped Raptors up the face at the south jetty in Florence Oregon, I won 3 out the last 5 Raptors I raced when I was stock before putting on the T-5's. It has a bit to do with the rider, the machine, and how you grab gears when your climbing a hill. We can all argue over who will win a race all day, but who really cares.

As far as the difference between 2-stroke and 4-stroke goes, any one can tell you that if you stroke it more than twice, your just playing with yourself anyway.

LOL LOL
