radiator, blaster?? no.

You'd also have to change the head, jugg, probably the crank case of the engine so the water would have somewhere to help cool.

Pro-Design had a liquid cooled head and radiator kit, that was featured in 3&4, or Dirt wheels, but it was a few years ago. Everytime I called pro-design they said they weren't available yet. You can try to give them a call and see if the kit is for sale (714)534-0620. I forget how much it was suppose to cost between $400-$500, I'm leaning more towards $400.

It is easier to liquid cool a blaster than you may think! Myself and a very few other people on this forum(kiwi_craig, brokemybanshee, and anyone who goes to blastercentral)know what parts are required. I will not tell what the parts came on until I get them for myself. They are hard enough to find and I don't need 50 people looking for them too. I can tell you however that it has a powervalve and puts out 30hp with alot of torque. You need to replace the cylinder, head, all electrics, and rig up a radiator mount. Air cooling is quite sufficient in most conditions. I am looking to do it not for the power, but the cooling. Many of the trails around me require low gear, high throttle running. I am tired of having to wait for it to cool down.
If you need proof the blaster motor was water cooled at one time, take off the oil pump cover. You can clearly see the cast in the side case for a water pump.

Private message me if you want more info.

the pro-design kit is kind of messed up, I guess it doesnt really flow (has no impeller) BUT, I think it would rock to modify the pro-design to work with the DT cylinder, that would be a very sweet set-up..
