Whats the difference between Race Wheels and Beadlocks?? And how strong are they?

 

Race wheels have a reinforcing ring welded to the edge of the wheel. Beadlocks actually "clamp" the outside bead of the tire. That is what those screws are for along the outside edge. They both have excellent bend resistance, but the beadlock will prevent the rim from spinning inside the tire.
