Can a Blaster jump?
#1
I own a Kodiak and it is way to heavy to jump with, so I was thinking about a Blaster. I don't have much money to spend, since I'm only 14 years old, so is a Blaster a good jumper with moderatly high jumps?

They jump very well. I personally have had mine about 7 ft up. Landed with ease. I've only been riding since last september so don't assume I'm a pro at riding. The short wheelbase makes them stable in the air too. And since its so small and light, its easy to throw around.

I don't know what it would be in canada, but down here in the US, those years would go for around $1800-$2400 depending on overall condition and aftermarket parts. Blasters tend to loose value pretty quickly unless there ridden very little.

yeah the blaster is a good jumper but...its not so great a lander. i weigh 138 and i was bottoming the stock suspension on a 3 foot high jump. very nice in the air though. the 2 worst thing abotu the blaster are the suspension and the grab bar. they both suck rhino.

yes mine jumps well also ive never bottomed out although i dont hit very big jumps. I probably get 5 ft in the air and about 15 ft distance and no bottoming out.

Thanks, everyone for your replies. Now that I know I can jump with this machine can anyone tell me how it performs in mud, since I live in Canada and there is nowhere I can go on my Kodiak without running into a mud bog?

Well, my blaster likes wet mud. Not sticky. Depending on what kind of tiers you have the blaster could skim, or skink. With my stock style tiers the butt end likes to find the hard stuff, but it normally bottoms. JUst hit every mud puddle real fast and you will make it through.
The Blaster is no 4x4. Just keep that in mind when you are flooring it in the bog.
