JFboy- your statement of riding/trashing quads for 6 years will be your downfall with any new quad you buy. The simpler the better for you.

Guyz..... I maintain my quads.....

change oil frequently.... clean/change filter...lube chain/sprocket.... and clean them up goood once in a while.....

The thing I have most problem with my Qracer is jetting..... I just cant do it.... my plugs are always freakin wet no matter what adjustment I do... and on a bad day... I got freakin unburnt mixture shooting out my exhaust.... as soon as I got anywhere near a puddle... end of ride... You guyz obviously more finesse than me jetting 2 strokes.... but I dont have anybody to teach me how to do it cuz I dont know anybody with a 4 wheeler around here.... So if you guyz help me make my Qracer run like a champ..... I might consider a banshee....

Ok my quad has a FMF silencer with a UNI filter and it's on the last bore .75(I think..... except from that it's 100% stock...

So help me this POS...

You obviously don't maintain your quad if your walking home every ride,I have been riding 2strokes (snowmobiles,Quads and MX bikes) for over 10 years and I can count the number of times I had to walk back on 1 hand and half of those were running out of gas (my old sled had no gas gauge).I offered to help you tune your machine before and my offer still stands, tell me exactly what your machine is doing and I'll try my best to help you.Part of what makes the 2stroke so great is their simplicity, they really are very easy to strip apart and reassemble, let alone tune.
