stock rear rims have no offset, of if you flip them you will just be wasting time. Flipping the fronts is OK as long as you don't do alot of jumping. It will bend the spindles. It will also make the front end a little "twitchy" at high speeds.

Dirt817,
Im sorry you are mistaken on this one, i have a '00 blaster and i was reading the review in ATV Action Mag where they talked about flipping the rears, it is not near a big of difference as in the fronts, but there is a difference, if you dont believe me, just go out and flip yours, you'll see.
