I dont know what dirt wheels is talkin about it says that the 2000 warrior has a 5 speed transmission. Did yamaha make the warrior a 5 speed or is dirt wheels wrong about this.

Thanks chet do the warriors still have a pull start because my 88 does.

No pull start on the newer Warriors. Just electric start only.

I think 89 was the last year of the back up pull start.

88 was the laster year for the recoil starter, i love it on my 87. They only put the starter on the first 2 years.
