Yeah, it is available. $169.95. Check out this website for lots of that sort a thing. A member of my group has a 1998 Grizzly and he will be buying a locker. There is plenty of torque, and will the ability to select 2 wheel drive, ocassional asphalt and turning should'nt be a problem. Good Luck!!

I have a locker in my grizzly
and it is EXTREMELY hard to turn, especially
on asphalt. It is worse in two wheel drive
b/c the front tires aren't pulling. The
locker for atvs aren't the same as for trucks. Truck lockers ratchet out around
turns, allowing the tires to turn at different speeds. The atv locker doesn't
allow that. The 2 wheel drive option is
practically useless now, unless someone develops locking hubs for atvs.
