There is hardly any difference between a 1988 Blaster and a 2000 Blaster. I wish the hell Yamaha would make some improvements to these fine little machines. A true disc brake in the rear would be nice instead of that mechanical thing. Improve the crap airbox setup and lengthen the wheelbase a couple inches ought to be feasable with out raising the price much. I won't hold my breath.

Whats wrong with the Blasters airbox? I've never heard any complaints about it before.
