I GOT MY NEW GRIZZ BACK FROM THE 20 HOUR SERVICE THE OTHER DAY AND WHEN I DID IT KEPT CUTTING BACK AT ABOUT 25 TO 36 OR SO MPH. SO I TOOK IT BACK AND THE SERVICE GUY LOOKED AT IT RIGHT THEN, HE SAID THAT IT WASN'T THE ENGINE IT WAS THE BELT.... I SAID THE BELT HOW COULD THAT BE I HAVEN'T HAD IT IN ANY WATER. HE SAID THE LAST TIME I BROUGHT IT IN THEY WASHED IT WITH A POWER WASHER AND THAT IT HAD GOTTEN WATER IN THE BELT CASE AND THAT WAS THE REASON IT WAS SLIPPING. SO I ASKED WHAT I COULD DO OR SHOULD I SAY WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO ABOUT IT?? HE SAID O NOTHING JUST KEEP RIDDING IT AND IT WILL DRY OUT... I KNOW I DON'T KNOW MUCH ABOUT WORKING ON ATVS BUT THIS JUST SOUNDS FUNNY TO ME. HE ALSO SAID THAT IT COULD GET WET SITTING IN THE SHED IF IT GOT TO HOT AND THAT EVERY TIME I WENT THROUGH WATER I SHOULD PULL THE PLUG ON THE BELT CASE AND LET IT DRY EVEN IF THERE IS NO WATER IN THERE!!!!! WHAT IS UP WITH THIS ANY THOUGHT???

I would tell them you want a new belt, if the last time you took it in and they washed it, and it isnt dry by now, you have probably got some belt rot going on, and that wont be to fun when you are out on the trails, and your belt snaps, and then you cant get back up to your truck, HAVE THEM REPLACE THE BELT.
