warrior cutting out

i have a 87 warrior. it runs really good. but when i turn of the key and go to start it later i have no power. You can pull start it. I say the power thing happens about ever 5/6th time i ride it. Any clues

My 87 had a simmular problem.
Look in the back and make sure your starting curcit relay wires are not torn the sherds. Just for a test next time it dont start try this.
Put it in Reverse.
Take it 1/2 way out of reverse
w/ all swiches on, press the start switch
Pull the clutch in and put it back into reverse.
This is how i have to start mine.
