mudmunster,
I think you have lost it. Your getting a DS650 Baja. Those ds650 are widebodies. Have you seen one up close and personal? Go see a Raptor up close and personal. Sit on it. Feel the seat. Feel the yz grips. Touch the motor. Look at those exhaust pipes as they bend. Look into that radiator with those headlights stairing back at you. One look into those headlamps and its over with the momentary lapse that you are having.Chet

I am not doing this to get flamed, but...
I have ridden both (not owned). I feel I have enough experience on ATV's to have an opinion on these quads though. I like the Raptor better, about the only thing that I didn't like about it was the boggy feeling when shifting from 1st to second. Oh, and it just "felt" a little tall to me. It jumped nicely, and was cushy.
The DS650 was downright scary. No, I mean SCARY. I took it around a MX track. It kept wanting to spin out on me, and it felt so HUGE, I was afraid it was going to flip. It rode like a full size American car, the suspension was very nice. I did some small jumps, I was afraid to go big because it wasn't my quad, it was REALLY HUGE, and well, I was just scared! I think all ATV's are worth owning. Once you get used to what you have, you will be happy, I think.
