Does anyone know what it would take, or even if it is affordable/possible to make a quad street legal in Oklahoma?

Check your local laws. Doubt it would be beneficial though considering the lack of speed and also it would turn to tight. Making it a handful to ride on the road.

he probably has a banshee or raptor which is more than able to break the speed limit so i wouldn't say speed is too much of a concern. corning might be a slight problem but nothin too big i would hope. i think it would be awesome to have a street legal banshee.

ya, would that be creep if you were driving your car on the highway and out of no-where this raptor pass you(or banshee). It would be more weird if it was like a riding lawnmore, and it like pass you , HAHAHAHA, sorry!!
