Is Jet Kit Worth buying 4 Grizzly?

Jamie,
I don't know that a jet-kit would buy you much without installing a new exhaust system. I have the K&N Filter w/Outerwear on my Grizzly and have not noticed any substantial gains (if any). When I first put the K&N on, I went up one size on my main jet and the bike ran too rich (I didn't change the needle or clip settings). Like azrob said the carb is not easy to get to on the Grizzly. I can't count how many times I have had the front plastic, rack, and gas tank off of this machine. I almost have it down to an art.
The K&N doesn't fit that well in the airbox, so I would recommend staying with the stock setup. Apparently the K&N did not provide much more air flow than the stocker or the stock jetting would have been to lean, but this was not the case. The Grizzly (atleast mine), runs on the rich side to begin with.
A buddy of mine has a Grizzly with the FMF Megamax, K&N, and a jet-kit and he has found substantial gains with this setup. I've seen him pull wheelies on dry ground with 27x12" Vampires all the way around. I can pull the wheelies, but I need a couple feet of water to get the front end to float up!
