Most people think that Blasters suck because they see the cheap price tag and think it is junk. But in fact there are only a couple of bad things about the Blaster the brakes suck but that can easily be fixed through the aftermarket, and they are a little small. You are the perfect weight for a Blaster but you might be a little tall, but all it takes to fix that problem is to remove or shave the front fenders like the racers do. Actually I weigh 220 and am 5'11" also so the Blaster is really not that small. Also a stock Blaster is the funnest Quad you can ride they are awesome for just playing around like jumping and wheelying. Also through the aftermarket they can be turned into a true racing rocket.

If this is your first quad, you can't go wrong with a Blaster. I would not buy a new one though. Look for a used one in good shape for a reasonable price. If you are like me, you will want a bigger machine rather quickly. Then you can sell it for the same price you paid for it and get something bigger. That is what I did, except I kept my Blaster. I couldn't bear to part with such a fun little quad. Good luck,

Blaster11, have you considered the possibility of an older R? The blaster is a fun little bike, but with you being 15, I know you will be wanting more power soon. An R has better ergonomics to suit your height and the parts are pretty accessible for them.
Im not trying to talk you out of a blaster by any means. I dont want you to think I am a die hard honda fan trying to talk you into one. I personally ride a banshee and love it. Yamaha has been good to me over the years, but I hold nothing against honda. they make a quality product too. One thing to look at. you get an R and your buddies will be eating your roost quite a bit.
Just an idea. What ever you buy, enjoy and be safe.

I think Dune Scooter was talking about a Honda 250r or a Suzuki LT250r wich are both legendary quads. Same engine as the 3 wheeler you want but with that extra wheel you dads wants. If you buy either of these machines your buddy on the blaster is going to be begging you to ride it.
