For those of you that have had problem with Wolverine axles, and any Yamaha Axle at that would you post your Yr,Model and your Bike ID#, "located on the frame". Also post whether or not the dealer warrantied it.
I'm going to pursue this a bit further with Yamaha and see if nothing else, they will look into a redesign for the new machines (2001).
The only obstacle I see, that if they were to redesign the axle, that it would give owners of the previous years a reason to retaliate, saying that Yamaha did have a problem, and want theirs updated/warrantied. Kinda like a recall.

Post the info, and I'll see what can be done.
If I would have done something to bend my axle, I wouldn't think twice about it, but what torques me off is, I didn't!!

One thing to note...... It's not just wolverines, its also warroir's. At least 2 of my buddies (one with a 99 warrior, one with a 99 wolverine) both have problems with the axles bending. I think the axles are probable the same on the 2 machines (at least they look like it)
