I'd like to take the carb off my Blaster and work on it on my workbench, but I can't get the oil injection hose off. I'm afraid I'm going to tear it jetting the carb. Is is possible to temporarily remove the hose then put it back without damaging it?

just remove the clip holding the hose on and pull it off. You wont hurt anything. Sometime it takes a good pull.

Can I remove or close of this hose somehow to prevent the oil from pumping into the engine without taking the side cover off?
