I have a blaster and i'm going to get works suspension for the front. The steelers with triple rate springs. It says they will ad 2 1/2 more inches of wheel travel and i think for a blaster it will add more than that. Should i get these or get the double rate springs so it wont set of the ground so much?

Actually if I were you I would go with TCS shocks. They are much better than the Works. Plus they use a zero preload system.

CT Racing is pleased to announce the availabilty of Total Control Suspension (TCS) products to the ATV community. CT has tested and used most of the suspension components available in the ATV industry,TCS products have proven themselves to be the best performance value on the market today.

Total Control Suspension has developed the Sag Control Series "SCS" shock specifically for ATV front suspension duty. These are premium quality shocks available for immediate delivery, at a reasonable price. "SCS" front shocks feature leading edge technology and quality components such as remote reservoirs, stainless steel hydraulic lines, adjustable compression damping, internal shim style damping system, no pre-load crossover springs and complete custom setup. Sag Control Series shock performance is truly first rate. CT test riders have reported that SCS shocks are very comfortable on low amplitude stutter bumps and washboard surfaces yet very controlled and stable during high speed attacks on the whoops and double jumps.

Every set of "SCS" front shocks are built to order according to your rider/machine criteria and individual riding style.

All Total Control Suspension shocks carry a set-up satisfaction warranty. If within 30 days of delivery your TCS shocks do not perfom to your expectations, TCS will re-valve them free of charge.

TCS Rear Shock Upgrades

TCS has developed a major improvement in rear shock performance for Yamaha Blaster and Warrior. While the stock shocks on these machines are durable they aren't adjustable for different conditions and have a tendency to fade when ridden hard. TCS has addressed these problems with the installation of a compression adjustable remote resevoir. By adjusting compression damping a rider can dial in the shock performance to suit different riding conditions. With the increased oil capacity allowed by the reservoir you will experience less shock fade during extreme conditions. This TCS shock upgrade includes a rebuild, seal head, custom valving, adjustable reservoir and spring. All this and TCS customary quick turnaround for $390.00 You will be impressed with a more consistent and safe riding experience when choose the TCS shock upgrade package (Part #SU-TCRRP-4)

Works Performance Front Shock Conversion Packages

Total Control Suspension can convert your existing Works Performance or PEP front shocks to SCS specs for a fraction of the cost of a new set of shocks. The advantage of converting to Sag Control Series specification is a more sophisticated damping system, which leads to greater bottoming resistance without any sacrifice of small bump comfort. Conversion packages are set up to suit your individual needs. If your Works Performance shocks don't currently have remote reservoirs, or you want to upgrade to high performance compression adjustable reservoirs, choose conversion package #1. If your Works Performance shocks are equipped with reservoirs, or you don't need reservoirs choose conversion package #2.

Conversion Package #1 includes: TCS piston kit, oil, seal kit, SCS springs, remote reservoirs with compression adjuster, stainless hydraulic lines, custom setup, and labor

Conversion Package #2 includes: TCS piston kit, oil, seal kit, SCS springs, custom setup, and labor.
