Trouble with Yamaha corp!

WRECK, you can not argue an hourly rate. You can refuse to pay, since it was under warranty and there's more evidence that this is a weak design. If they refuse to give the bike back, pay and stop the check. Then they'll take you to the courtsmall claim/ and you should have no trouble to win the case. /you must heve all facts ready/.This is what I'd do and have done before.

Thanks for all the ideas! When my dealer called me and told me that one of there "boat" people had told me that the raptor had to warrenty, i think i may have done a stupid thing in telling them to go ahead and take apart my tranny and find out what is wrong with it. The thing is, my dealer is the only one near-by, and also, yamaha has all my calls to them on record, even everything i have said, about me asking to talk to a supervisor, about broken tranny ect, also my dealer knows that I am not going to let this thing go. I think that when they take down the tranny, they will cover it (I hope). If not, then I will bring in the dirtwheels (*good job, dirtwheels, now we finally have some evedence.) Also, betterbuisness buru, ect. I will tell you guys what me dealer finds when he takes apart the tranny (also yamaha says that all there mechanics go through the same traning, ect so they know what there doing) but i wonder.....I hope i don't get screwed. I just wanna ride, the thing's been sitting in the shop for like 2 months, and the Bastards diden't even call me and tell me! "they were waiting for authorization" stupid idiots. Any how, here we go again...
