I havegot aMotion Pro carb sync tool thatiuseon my streetbikes but i have never done anyquads with it.did an Indy 500 withit last winter. it worked great. I dont know that the dual carbs on the raptor will need to be synced since it is only a single cyl. motor.

the fastest spur of the minute check is to put a spacer inside each carb and close the slide till each one just touches it.a carb synch tool is the best way but i dont belive the raptor needs to be synched due to the fact it has vacume activated slides,if the carbs are not opening at an evan pace id check for a air leak in one of youre carb diaphrams.if thats not it the jetting in one carb mght be off due to a clog in one jet.id recomend to every one to put in a in line fuel filter on there raptor.7000. you would think they could give us a 1.00 filter.hope some of this helps.
