from what i herd the clamp from alloy specialties isnt junk the steering stem from yamaha is.two clamps out of a hundred didnt fit because yamaha doesnt drill all the holes in the stems exactly the same.i also herd about some customer calling Dan up and first thing he said is i got your clamp and its junk.didnt say you know this thing doesnt fit correctly, whats the problem.im a auto tech and deal with people all the time that think your trying to rip them off, before they even give you a chance to correct the problem(if there is one) or explain anything their ragging on you like your the biggest crook in the world.ive come to the conclusion that people like that need to be told heres your money back now F*** OFF!

the reason i said it was junk. was i work second shift i get off work at midnight go home to put my new clamp with my new renthal bars on. get it all apart and shxt it doesn't fit the bolt hole didn't line up, and the key was 2 close to the steering stem. now this just happend after i sent my head pipe out to jet hot to get there ceramic coated which i paid a pretty penny and i get it back and shxt, they didn't coat the inside!! now i haft to pay to ship the clamp back and pay to ship my pipe back. what do i get for this oh sorry send it back and will fix it. i could go on and on i am just tired of spending MY hard earned money on someone trying to save a buck by making parts smaller or NOT inspecting.
