calipers on blaster

What exactly is the problem your having? Or is it just the performance of them. I know they are a pain in the asse to work on until you make sense of the puzzle they put together. Assuming your brake pads aren't worn down, there is two adjustments you can make to get the braking you want. The fine adjustment is on the outside of the caliper under the boot there is an adjuster nut kind of like the clutch adjustment on the handle bars so you can take up the slack of the pull. If it needs course adjustment take the cover off very carefully not disturbing the mechanism and you can take a straight slot screw driver and turn the spring and white toothed gear to push in or out on the piston mechanism. It's got teeth one way so it clicks and locks. I believe clockwise tightens the adjustment moving the piston closer to the rotor and vise versa. You may have to turn it to see which direction it's actually going. Anyway this is the type of technology you get on a 3000 dollar quad.
